No, the bottles are empty.  They are meant to be refilled by you or whomever you gift them to. They are personalized decanters and can be refilled over and over forever.

We receive the bottles in good condition from local bars and restaurants as soon as they are empty.  We wash each bottle inside and out and then engrave the outside. 

We are not authorized to sell or distribute alcohol; it is also illegal to ship alcohol through the USPS.

 

Please check shipping time on the individual listing as it may vary depending on the season or our work load. Generally, it will take 1-3 days to complete and ship your custom order.  However, during very busy times or our vacations, it may take up to 2 weeks. Each listing will give you the current shipping time frame. You will receive an email notice when your order ships with tracking information.

Shipping costs are determined by: the weight of the item + the size of the box + the distance shipped from Washington State.

Shipping can be expensive because glass is heavy and the box is somewhat bulky because we box all items with plenty of padding to assure they arrive safely.

We don't make any money on shipping. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping costs.  The US Postal Service determines shipping rates.

USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping.  It's the least expensive and arrives in 2-3 days to most US destinations. USPS Priority mail is less expensive than UPS ground or FedEx ground.

Because most products are customized/personalized for the customer, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

HOWEVER, PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER.

USA: All purchases are final unless your Liquorware glassware arrives broken. You must contact Liquorware within three days of the product's arrival with a picture of your broken/damage glassware for a replacement. Be advised that some recycled bottles may have minor flaws & imperfections as part of their original creation.

INTERNATIONAL: No refunds are offered on international orders.
